Interactive Q&A Session

What is the percentage of AI business revenue in total revenue for 1 and the first half of 2026? How is the payment collection situation?

Answer:Data on the AI business share for the first half of 2026 has not yet been released. Our goal is to gradually increase the proportion of revenue related to AI in total revenue. After expanding into the enterprise market, cash flow collection will be better than with carriers. Currently, both enterprise market revenue and revenue related to AI represent a small portion.

2: How does the company maintain its competitive edge, and what are the growth engines for the next three years?

Answer: ① Technological innovation: We've built a foundational model for our digital workforce to automatically understand business logic, analyze data, perform queries, and integrate datasets. Our technology and training platform provide a solid foundation for future project deployment.

2. Technological Leadership: Our top priority is to deepen our focus on telecom operators, who demand the highest technical standards. Maintaining our technological edge in this sector is essential. Second, we emphasize service by integrating networks and computing power to address enterprises' unique needs, bridging the gap between standardized offerings from major tech firms and the need for deep customization.

3, will M&A be considered? What direction is being pursued for M&A?

Answer:The company will continue to pursue M&A, but with greater caution. We are focusing on IT firms that serve a large enterprise customer base, aligning with our current market strategy. The core of our M&A approach is the integration of technology and market reach.

4 What is the pricing model for enterprise AI applications?

Answer:Large enterprises typically adopt a project-based model, while SMEs are primarily offered a monthly subscription service fee model. Our company prioritizes the service fee model, which is also adaptable for large-scale clients such as chain supermarkets.

5 What is the market expansion strategy for new business lines such as AI digital employees and full-optical intelligent computing networks? How can the company maintain its competitiveness amid rapid AI development? What does the customer structure look like, and what are the payment collection models?

Answer: ① This year, we are prioritizing the development of an online enterprise sales team and establishing offline city-level sales teams in East China, South China, Shandong, and Southwest regions. Recruitment and training are already underway. Approximately 20%–30% of our resources (including channel, sales, service, and product teams) will be allocated this year to enterprise market expansion, with further investment planned for next year.

2. The company's AI team operates independently, focusing on building the framework and algorithms for AI agents while optimizing communication efficiency to ensure the architecture layer remains forward-looking. We will then develop the personalization layer to achieve extreme flexibility and adaptability within the enterprise, raising consciousness recognition rates from an industry average of 80% to over 90%.

③ Now focused on manufacturing, specializing in safety, health, and environment (SHE) within the industry. Our AI agents are built around highly confidential enterprise data.

④ Payment is typically made with an advance of 20–30% upfront, followed by settlement based on project progress.
